Absolutely Incompetent and a TOTAL RIPOFF, had them over twice and didn’t FIX ANYTHING STILL trying to BILL ME $286.13 for 1 hour SERVICE CALL, a Total Joke and $105 Labor for 1 hour and $32.50 for a 1/2 pound of refrigerant and AC still did not work and that was their 2nd trip because did not work after their 1st trip. Then called Guiltner AC and had 3 folks over here for a hour was a lot LESS and actually fixed my AC and replaced a Defrost Board. DO NOT USE IZARD COUNTY HEATING AND AC, unless you have MONEY to WASTE for overpriced INCOMPETENT SERVICE.
