I hired this Contractor he infored me he would start the job within a week. It has now been over 3 weeks and he wont return my calls or give me my Deposit back. The business receipt he gave me had a fake address so when I googled his business, It showed he was in New Castle News being charged for receiving stolen goods. This was in the Paper November 7,2011 I am now going to the Authorities to file charges
