    patio,fire pit and room addition
    $33,000

    contractor was hired to do a small patio with fire pit and small sun room addition (11x14) project that after 8 months is still not done and there are a number of items on owner's punch list that will need to be addressed/fixed before this project is completed. Owner has made number of calls and emails to try to get project completed. Based on owners experience with this contractor, no recommendation can be made.
