I would suggest looking at another builder if you are looking for a family friendly builder. Mr. Myers has neglected to follow proper procedures with the township which had led to a hold on construction in phase 3 of stonewicke. His lack of follow thru is causing us necessary stress to the home owners in the development, making it very difficult for them to build decks, patios and fences for their home. He does not approve of trampolines, pools, and gardens. We went from loving are home to feeling like we are renting an apartment with an over bearing land lord. Myers also takes all the top soil from all the lots leaving home owners with extremely rocky clay dirt to try to grow grass, Ryan homes does not do this to their home owners. If you want a relaxing place to live where you are free to plant a garden of your choice and allow your kids to play and have fun, don't build with myers.
