Knowledgeable and professional. Gives advice when asked based on experience and local, never bullies, informs. Reliable, comes when called or the next day if emergency. Has never let me down. One really great guy with excellent workmen on his team. Worked on plumbing; waterlines, toilets, drains plugged up, hot water heater replacement, heating-gas furnace emissions (!) fixed in my old home. Knows area, hard water problems. Honest and good at his job.

Called to see if they worked on toilet issues. Josh returned my call and told me that was gross and they did not. I was speaking and thanking him for returning my call when he hung up on me. Very rude will not use them for anything. Very unprofessional.
