They came out in December 2022 and replaced / repaired a busted water pipe that went to an outside faucet. They also replaced another outside faucet that had been dripping for a while. I have used J &C for several plumbing issues over the last 15 years and personal I've always been satisfied with their work and with them working with me on appointments. Their prices seem to be good and it doesn't seem like they are over charging. I am one of those people that will check behind anyone to make sure that I am happy with the job performed and if I have questions I ask them and if I'm not happy with something I would always speak up however this has never been an issue with J & C Plumbing.

I really wish 0 stars was an option. The character limit on this review site will not let me tell even half the story of the horrendous experience me and my wife have been forced to deal with over the last couple of months. In short: we were having sewage back up issues and were told by J&C Plumbing all of our sewer lines from our concrete patio to the city line needed to be replaced; we paid to have the whole line replaced; we were told the whole line was replaced, and we have a receipt confirming the statement. However, we are close to 3 months out and I still do not think we are out of the water with our sewage issue as they STILL have failed to replace ALL of the old line (even after they dug up part of old line for a second time). The point is, PLEASE AT ALL COSTS, AVOID J&C PLUMBING. I NEVER want ANYONE to have to go through what we have had to deal with. They were rude and unprofessional, they lied multiple times, they were childish, they were disrespectful, and they were impossible to get a hold of after they got our money. These guys are terrific- Mike took care of 3 problems while he was here: replaced a kitchen faucet, repaired a leaky shower and a "running" toilet all in just 2 hours! Fast and friendly service at a very reasonable price- great experience!
