I had a terrible experience with this contractor. Trying to contact him was a nightmare and he basically walked away from the job with my money and never looked back. I am currently in the process of taking him to civil court. He has no idea what a work ethic is-constantly talked about satisfying the customer's needs but it's just textbook talk. Someone that he subcontracted for this job also approached me as he was not paid through this remodeler. I'm absolutely dumbfounded over this. I saw on facebook that he had pictures of him at another job while mine sat barely touched. Bottom line nightmare!
