Permits

Initially expectations levels were set high by one of the owners. There was very limited onsite management during our build. Workers had not worked for J&B previously. Multiple issues were noted, documented thoroughly, and communicated to contractor via email, phone calls, and in person. Once the CO was obtained we had a rainstorm and the entire building flooded. Apparently none of the windows or doors had been sealed after installation. The building that J&B sold me was not as stated on the plans and has serious roof structural strength defects that have been verified by two different structural engineers. After notifying J&B of the issues, 11 months has passed with no resolution. Throughout the build the contractor continued to make invalid excuses which compromised their integrity.
