These guys were amazing. The technician came and inspected, gave us a report, and a price. The crew that did the work were both respectful and knowledgable.

We hired JC Homecare to install blown-in cellulose insulation in our home from outside. They drilled holes in the stud cavities and blew the insulation in. However they never repaired the holes made (no attempt to cover them up or plug them). They simply put the siding right back on the home hiding all of the holes. I thought the job was done but noticed this on my video surveillance system. The company isn't returning any of my emails or phone calls nor offering a resolution. Their only email to me was, and I quote --- "Underneath the siding, the holes are left open purposely to protect the home from any moisture or mold issues so we NEVER close those holes up. The material is a deterrent for pests so I don't anticipate you'll have any issues. In 40 years of business, it hasn't happened ever. " --- That is not the correct installation method for blown in insulation. I spoke to many companies before/after this and every singe one stated that the holes need to be plugged up. The JC Home Care sales rep even stated that the holes would be plugged up and it would be as if they were never there.
