I am the Rose Mary O. who wrote the positive July 2018 review. I hereby retract everything good that I said about him to say that I am very disappointed. He did the roof job, but his workers placed so much roofing material that it broke the rafters. He put a bandaid on, but did not really fix the problem as evidenced by an inspector. For that reason, I wound up taking $2500 less for the sale of that house. Mr. Canales promised to work on my personal home to make up for that deficit. He did only part of a promised set of tasks. Now, when I call him, he tells me he will call me "on Friday" like he promised on 6 March 2021 which is the last time I spoke with him. So, please, DO consider another contractor.
