    Maintenance Items at condominium Complex beginning 04/2021

    I have worked with Jose and his crew for over 18 months and have established a fantastic working relationship with them. I understand the parameters his crew can work within and I make sure the jobs are best suited for the worker Jose gives me. Eduardo is one of our favorite construction workers. He's a jack of all trades and can do most anything. We also work really well with Rosia. She's the absolute BEST painter we've every used!
    I am glad to use Dupuy Construction for my work order fulfillment needs.

    This man had his technician who could not speak english work for him pressure washing the facia boards on a house that I am part owner. The worker used a bead stream of water and gauged the facia 1/8th inch deep. I can provide pictures. He also did not clean the mold on several areas. The technician delivered a blast of water so concentrated to the area between the trim and the brick on the front of the house that it stained the inside of the ceiling. Don't let this man near your home.
