If I could put 10 stars I would put those in there instead of five. The most positive thing I like about this company is it says what it means and means what it says a lot of people rely upon what’s written in the contract but it doesn’t mean anything unless you have a Good man standing behind it what I also like is I don’t talk to the salesman I talk to the owner and the buck stops with him

A+ organization start to finish

We hired J&E Construction do some work at our home. We contacted a few contractors in our area and this was the best quote found. We were updated throughout the process and were very appreciative on how their workers left the yard clean. I highly recommend this company for any work you need done.

We hired J&E Construction after Hurricane Irma to replace our roof. They told us they would be using Eagle Tiles, they used Boral . They did not clean up after. We had nails, broken tiles, and even chicken bones all around our home. We left for Massachusetts when we returned our roof had cement that run over more than 50% of the tiles, looks horrible. We were promised our roof would look like the one they have posted on this site. Jorge gives a lot of empty promises. We have a 20 year warranty on the roof (material and labor) . Jorge the owner,does not hold up to his written contract. Our driveway and garage door were damaged because they did not put proper coverage down. They did more damage then good to our property.

I hired J&E Construction last year because of Hurricane Irma. My home had roof damage and I could not find a roofer that would be able to give me an affordable quote. I looked online at several companies and decided to hire this one. The quote given to me was at a good price and the work was done in an efficient and timely matter. I later on hired them for renovations and that work was performed again as anticipated. I highly recommend this company for any work you want done in your home or business.

I hired J&E to do a complete re-roof of my tile roof. Once I saw how professional they were, I hired them to do my Lanai, Impact Windows and Exterior Painting. They helped me with my insurance claim and very good at following up on the whole project. Definitely recommend.

We live in Central Florida and after Hurricane Irma (September 2017) damaged our roof we couldn't find a roofer who would even give us an estimate. The demand was very high in our area. In February a relative recommended J&E Construction and they were very helpful. We were not home when the job was finished but everything was left very clean and the job was done right. We are very happy

J & E did our roof as promised. The workers were very clean and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Had a home built by J&E and to my surprise they where there telling me every step of the way what was going on from delivery of materials to inspections going on, me and my family are very happy with the outcome, we would recommend J&E to our family and friends which we have, they are building a addition and a pool for a friend as i write this review.

I hired J & E to build my house. They initially gave me one year timeline to finish it. I can honestly say that I spoke to Jorge every single day and knew every single update or delay as it came. I think people are sometimes unrealistically expecting there to be no delays or no extra costs. I came into this knowing how construction worked and was very happy that my funds were being properly used on the house. The house was finished in 13 months and extra costs were only 5% over contract price. You hear horror stories of people giving deposits and never hear from the contractor again. This was definitely not the case. If you want to have a trustworthy contractor building your house, then use J & E.

I came on here to give a brief description of my work with J & E construction. They built an addition for me which was housing my parents. I stressed to them that even though we agreed to 6 months on the addition, I would be eternally grateful if they completed in 5 months. We had some bumps in between the project, but overall completed the project in my 5 month timeframe. I can vouch that at 8 PM , you will be able to get in contact with someone and the communication lines always prospered.

Our company has the showroom expansion project in November 2014, and we hired J & E Construction as the GC (general constructor)
The permit was issued on November 13th, 2014; as of today, no inspection was done by City of Doral and we were never informed by the GC regarding the schedule.
The construction was estimated to be finished within 3 months as stated in the contract which should be done by February 2015; as of today, it is still under process which delayed over 7 months.
The unfinished project has serious impact to our company business and image since we expected to have the new showroom ready in the February.
We had a very bad experience with J & E CONSTRUCTION.
