    House build

    We love our home and really liked working with the Leppalas. They helped with picking out our property on the south side of Everson and then built an amazing home for us. Very glad we chose a quality builder.

    If I could I would give zero stars. Almost impossible to get in contact with, DOES NOT honor the warranty, left tons of trash under the deck, the floor is being pushed up from underneath, multiple windows you have to push in first then you can close. DO NOT use if you want peace of mind and to work with someone with integrity. Bare minimum company.

    From start to finish we couldn't be happier with our experience with J.E. Leppala Construction. Joel, John and Pete did an excellent job in building our custom home. We are especially pleased with detail work that was put into the house, like the tapered columns and stamped concrete outside, and the corner fireplace and custom bench inside.
    Joel went out of his way to handle all of our little special requests and answer our questions. Working with him was so easy, I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great custom builder.
    Thanks again guys and Tallie for being a part of our new house.

    JE Leppala completed all tasks that were requested on my project. There was no problems as to the fact that We did not make changes. We stuck to the original plan and they come in rite on schedule and on budget. It is my understanding that indecisiveness and change orders and lack of communication would create problems with any construction company.

    Je Leppala has difficulty completing projects. We hired Leppala to complete framing and plumbing in our new home construction. About 65% of the way through, the Leppala team quit the project without notice and left thousands of dollars of construction materials outside in the rain to be ruined. After dozens of attempts to contact and have JE Leppala remediate the issue I've been unable to even have Joel return my phone calls. Avoid at all costs if you wish to have quality work done on time
