One of the greatest things about their business is that they took care of all the paperwork with the management firm and co-op and kept us informed. As soon as the work began, they were able to take down a wall to open up the kitchen and do the majority of the demolition work in a matter of days. We thought it was amazing that the majority of the work was finished in just 3 weeks from beginning to end! The primary contractor, was fantastic, thoroughly went over everything with us and provided us with estimated completion dates. Excellent lead!

The project manager was Shay, who had an extraordinary attention to detail and thoroughness. Even though I was abroad while the work was being done, they kept in touch with me as often as was necessary. We ran into some difficulties with the bathroom renovation because they discovered asbestos, which forced them to halt work while it had to be removed. They finished quite quickly, even with the additional wait. They come highly recommended from me.

For a Kitchen renovation in our Washington D.C apartment, I chose J&E. I wanted a kitchen designer who could make the most of the limited area because my kitchen was so small. Sarah, with whom I collaborated, created the new layout, which was ideal for me. The job was completed on schedule and it looks fantastic thanks to J&E construction (Sarah and team). Even when we has to make design changes to account for a few unexpected conduit relocations, everything went well. Overall, I had a terrific experience and the entire crew is really responsive. I'd unquestionably utilise them again.

My wife and I hired J&E Modern Construction to perform an almost total renovation of our kitchen, and we could not be happier with the results and timeline! We began the planning process with Sarah, who was able to guide us through each step of choosing new countertops, flooring, and design elements for the kitchen. I just finished a massive restoration of a 750 square foot apartment in Washington, DC, and it was the most amazing experience. Each individual working on the project (Shay, Sarah) was professional, constantly helpful, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable in their own fields. I am sitting at my freshly remodelled house and I am absolutely in awe of what was accomplished. There aren't any errors. Even their price was accurate, and everything happened as planned. I had no idea renovating an apartment could be so enjoyable.
