We had a horrible experience with Ernesto. We got a referral of Ernesto and his company from our realtor. He made a bid to install hardwood floor for us. Unfortunately, less than one month after the floor was installed, we found one of the floor boards popped up. We texted him, called him, left him messages. He just avoided us and never returned our phone calls. Just caution. He might look like a nice guy when you first talked to him. But once he got your money, he just disappears. His company is listed as 3885 Dunhaven Rd with his business number as 214-766-0535. Check if that's the same guy you are hiring.
