    DO NOT HIRE THIS CONtractor. He was hired in Jan 2023 to repair floors, install sheetrock, insulation, install new windows and doors. It is currently September 2023 and the only thing that has been initiated is the "repair" for the floors which are NOT done to code and they are NOT level. The contract stated all work was to be permitted and this CONtractor only pulled permits for floor repair. I filed a lawsuit and he hired an attorney stating he completed the work and that I owed him money. The day of court his attorney was informed that the floors were not to code nor were they completed and tried to settled the case.

    In 2022 he was FINED by LLR for his practices.

    Garage Construction project

    Buildzoom found this contractor for us to build our 30x30 garage, started November 3, 2018. It looks great! Not fully completed and the final inspection has not been done! This is the end of May 2019. He has been paid, but now I am getting calls from the contractors he owes money to! He will NOT pay the contractors he hires in a timely manner or in our case not at all. If you use this guy DO NOT pay him until the job is finished and final inspection has been done! Now we are left owing more than what we bargained for. He robs Peter to pay Paul. So good luck to any one who hires him.

    An addition was added to my existing house and this company was quick and very professional. If I didn't like something they had no problems correcting anything.
