If you like your contractor to treat you like he’s doing you a favor, hire this guy. Rude, condescending, mood changes like Ohio weather.
Took over a year to complete a 600 sq ft addition because our project was continually put on the back burner for other jobs he was working on. He would come and work for 2-3 weeks, long enough to get a payment for a contract milestone, then disappear for 1-2 months. Always had excuses about why our project wasn’t getting worked on. Project delays were never his fault and we would get long text rants every time we expressed concerns over the delays. Then apologies. It was like being in a dysfunctional verbally abusive relationship. Seriously too much to even begin to capture in a written review.
Would never recommend.
