Greg sent Chad to service our Water Heater which was leaking from relief valve and also giving out a rotten egg odor. Service was through 2-10 Warranty. Chad could not loosen the Anode Rod to replace. Suggested to replace whole unit. Warranty will not cover "T-Valve" to properly plumb home humidifier connection. Chad advised it would cost $100 out of pocket. I opted out and was advised they will remove existing connection and instal direct connection for the supply pipe. Instead, Chad left old "T-Valve" and left a control valve that eventually leaked, causing water damage in my floor and wall. Owner will not accept liability because they feel that by leaving exisiting "T-Valve" did not warrant future concern for leaking.
