    We hired J.Hempel Services, LLC to replace our siding summer of 2020. Jason was very professional and educated on product and installation. We highly recommended J.Hempel Services LLC for your next project.

    Deck Build
    $7,000

    Had a terrible experience on a deck build with this contractor. On June 18th Jason showed up and said it would be a 4 day job.
    A few days later a contract was signed with a tentative start date of 6 or 13 July. After 7 start date changes, finally started on August 18th.
    From day 1, I had the decking material on site and the railing picked out and just needed a stair count to order railing. I reminded him 3 times and was ignored before they showed up to start.
    After a 3 week wait for a custom paint job, (which should have been easily avoided) the job was completed on October 6th. There were 3 minor issues at completion that he was aware of and when I inquired about them, he said the job was finished and threatened an intent to file a lien if I did not pay.
    Payment was never an issue, but in my opinion, his arrogance is. The guys working for him did a good job. The stairs were built 20 inches wider than originally designed and material ordered. He said it was because of code requirements. Absolutely not true!
    I suggest you use someone else.
