    New Roof

    I've used Mr. Hong for over 15 years for several of my properties to replace roofing, siding and windows. Mr. Hong and his crew who he's had for over 15 years are the best there is for service, experience, price, speed and build quality.

    This week I discovered a leak in my 25-year-old roof and as it was urgent for me to have it repaired immediately, I called Mr. Hong and he came over right away to walk me through an inspection and explained to me in great detail the issues, his recommendations and provided me with a detailed itemized quote. On the same day I also got a second quote from another roofer who was also putting in a new roof on our neighbor's house.

    When comparing the prices Mr. Hong's quote was significantly cheaper and with better grade materials. Upon agreeing to the quote, Mr. Hong had the roofing materials delivered the next day and arranged for the complete tear down and installation of our new roof, new skylights, new vents, and gutter repairs the following day. This job to our amazement and to the amazement of our neighbors was done within 1 day as Mr. Hong arranged for extra crew members to complete our roof within one day as rain was forecasted the following day. Our neighbor's roof, which was also being installed (the same size and style) was done in 3.5 days. I've referred Mr. Hong to our other neighbors, and they too have been very happy with his crew's work.

    I was so impressed and thankful for Mr. Hong's crew's professionalism, speed and care for my trees and shrubs in the morning roof teardown portion. I ordered pizzas for the crew at lunchtime. Within a few hours after teardown, new underlayment, ice shields, vents and shingles were installed. Without a doubt, J& Hong are one of the best there is. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    New roof on house and addition

    J & Hong gets the highest praises from me.

    They did an estimate in May for a roof. We had a few others come out and give estimates.
    We called him back at the end of August and even though prices went up in July, he still honored the estimate.

    He had the best prices by far.
    No sales gimmicks. You like his estimate, great. You don't, he won't ever call and pressure you.
    Most places said 4-8 weeks to start. He tells me 1 week weather dependent.

    He showed up with 8 guys this morning and said give me 6 hours. That's a roof on our addition that we are building and a new roof on our house.

    Call them! Do not hesitate one bit!

    Mr. Hong and his team did our roof last summer and we could not have asked for better quality and service. Mr. Hong was always upfront with costs and we never felt taken advantage of. Our prior roof was in BAD shape, and Mr. Hong delivered on giving us a whole new roof. His team was precise, worked patiently and did not rush, careful and always maintained a clean working space. Still a year later, people drive or walk past our home and ask who did our roof? It is beautiful. Affordable pricing, honest man and amazing quality work! Highly recommended.

    Mr Hong and his crew did a fantastic job replacing my old roof. I got several different estimates from different roofers but his was the best one. I conducted a due diligence on his company and he passed with flying colors. Everyone gave him 5 stars and now I know why. They came on time and ready to work. They cleaned up all the junk from the old roof and took the trash with them. They did a beautiful job! Mr. Hong and his crew were very professional. I would highly recommend him. cost-$11,000

    Replace my roof

    Hong recently replaced the roof on my townhouse and the roofs of three of my neighbors and gave us a group discount. We were all extremely pleased! I am also a single woman and am used to getting the run around from contractors. I felt Hong was honest the moment I met him and he gave an excellent price, especially with the group discount. I would not hesitate to use his company again and plan to in the future for window replacement.

    The recent windstorm damaged my roof, gutters, and down spouts. I reached out to friends on FB to help find a contractor. One of my friends told me to call J & Hong Construction as he had recently had some work done by them. I had other contractors come in for estimates but knew after meeting with Hong and seeing his work that his company was the one for me. Hong has a great sense of humor, he is honest and he didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. I am a single female homeowner and I have run into contractors attempting to rip me off on more than one occasion. Hong did not. He was GREAT and his team is absolutely professional. I am very impressed with the QUALITY of work and the Price. The roof, gutters, and down spouts look amazing. It was an absolute pleasure working with this company. I am pleased!!!

    The contractor J and Hong the work is excellent. I had a roof put on last week OMG so professional the staff and the clean up was about and beyond. The pricing was excellent. Hong put a roof on my mother house two yrs ago the same results . My cousin was very happen with his work, my sister had a roof also my brother in law is very pickie and he was so pleased. Please give this company a try. He will answer phone 24/7. Pricing great.

    Hired J and Hong to put on a new roof. Mr Hong provided a very competitive quote and copies of his current license, insurance and bonding certificates upon request. His communication was outstanding and his crew was amazing. Very professional, meticulous about every detail and overall a fantastic experience! Highly recommended
