    He was terrible. We used him in the past and were satisfied. However things change some for the better and the worst. This was the case of not getting better with age. Very sloppy,all of his measurements were incorrect and didn't finish within the allocated timeframe. Others had to be brought in to correct and finish his work. Nice guy but his work ethics stink. Stay away

    Dealing with Jermaine was a pleasure. His men were fairly quick and clean. His price was more than adiquet for the work that was done. I would defiantly recommend him.
