One start is actually a high review for this company. Worst company to work with. Her owner is a very unprofessional person who claims to be a pastor and due to spiritual evils in our home not allowing her company to so a good job. While there is no perfect company as they are all manage by humans this company I will never hired or recommend ever again. I won't be surprised if they reply to this review saying its not true like they do to all bad reviews so here is my timeline of the events and how everything happened :
MAY 3TH
CONTRACT SIGNED
TIME OF ESTIMATED PROJECT 30 DAYS VERBAL AND ON THE CONTRACT
JUNE 3TH
RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FOR THE PERMIT AND FABRICATION OF THE SHUTTER
AT THIS DATE WE HAD 30 DAYS SINCE
JUNE 9TH
DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING FROM YOU GUYS UNTIL THIS DATE ON A TEXT SAYING YOU GUYS WERE DELIVERING THE SHUTTERS
NEXT DAY ON THE 10TH
JUNE 10TH
SHUTTERS DELIVERED AND YOUR INSTALLER SAID WE WILL TRY TO COME AND INSTALL THEM TODAY BY LATTEST MONDAY THE 14TH
JUNE 11TH
NO ONE CALLED ME BUT I GOT A TEXT AT 12 PM SAYING YOU GUYS WERE COORDIANTING MY INSTALLATION DATE AGAIN WHEN YOUR INSTALLER
SAID TODAY OR LATTES THE 14TH
JUNE 14TH
NO ONE REACHES OUT TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATES
JUNE 15TH
GET A TEXT ASKING ME IF I WAS AVAILBLE FOR INSTALLATION TODAY AT NOON NO ONE SHOWS UP
JUNE 16TH
TWO PEOPLE SHOW UP TO MY HOUSE SAYING THEY WERE HERE TO INSTALL THE SHUTTERS WALK IN TAKE A LOOK AT THE SHUTTERS AND
WALK OUT WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY UPDATES AND NOT STARTING OR COMPLETING THE JOB. I GET A TEXT SAYING YOU GUYS ARE WOKING
ON RESOLVING THE ISSUE AND A CALL FROM ELIAS APOLOGIZING ONCE MORE AND PROMISSING TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE
JUNE 17TH
AN INSTALLER RICARDO SHOWS UP WITH NORMAN TO START THE PROJECT AND A LITTLE AFTER THEY INFORMED ME THEY ARE MISSING PARTS AND
LET ME KNOW THEY WILL DO THIR BEST TO RESOLVE THIS ISSE TODAY IF NOT LATTES BY MONDAYJUNE 17th Afternoon
THE TWO INSTALLERS START THE PROJECT THEY TAKE THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON TO DO MOST OF THE PROJECT AND UPON STARTING THE LAST ACCORDION IN ONE OF MY BALCONIES THEY INFORMED ME THEY WONT BE ABLE TO DO IT AS THE ACCORDION WAS TOO SHORT AND THIS WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE MANUFACTURERJune 22th
THE COMPANY SENT TWO DIFFERENT INSTALLERS , aAGAIN, AT THIS POINT I HAVE MET THREE DIFFERENT GROUP OF INSTALLERS BUT THIS ONE WAS SUPPOSED TO FINISH THE JOB I ALSO NOTICED THE OTHER CREW WHO DID MOST OF THE JOB LEFT HOLES UNSED AND SOME OF THE SCREWS WERE INSTALLED NOT PROPERLY BY THE TIME THEY FINISHED WITH THE LAST ACCORDION ELIAS THE SALES PERSON WHO SOLD ME THE PROJECT PASS BY MY HOUSE AND INSPECT THEIR JOB ON THE LAST ACCORDION AND AFTER AN ARGUMENT WITH THIS TWO INSTALLERS HE INFORMS ME THE ACCORDION NEEDS TO BE REINSTALLED AS IT WAS NOT PROPERLY DONE AND WONT PASS THE BROWARD COUNTY INSPECTION AGAIN ANOTHER DAYS WASTED WHERE ALL THE TIMES THEY HAVE SENT INSTALLERS I AM LOOSING TIME AND MONEY AS I WORK FROM HOME AND THE NOISE ITS EXTREMELY LOUD TO BE ABLE TO WORK
JUNE 25th
RICARDO AND ELIAS THE TWO PEOPLE I MET TO DO THE PROJECT END UP COMING AND RE INSTALLED MY LAST ACCORDION AND FIX ALL THE DETAILS THAT WERE REMAIN ANOTHER DAY LOST MORE TIME AND MONEY BUT FINALLY DONE WITH A PROJECT I WAS TOLD NO MORE THAN 5 WEEKS AT THE WORST CASE
JUNE 28th
INSPECTION ITS SUPPOSEDLY SATISFIED AND I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVED DOCS WHICH I NEVER DID AND I GET AN EMAIL FROM KASSANDRA KATI’s ASSITANT ASKING FOR FINAL PAYMENT WHICH I TRY TO BRING ALL THIS UP TO THEM AGAIN SO THEY CAN IN GOOD FAITH RECOGNIZED ALL THE LOSSES I HAD WITH THEM AND THEY REPLIED SAYING THEY HAD LOSSES TOO AND ONCE AGAIN BRING ASPECTS OF THEIR BUSINESS WHICH ME AS I CLIENT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEY WERE LATE THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY WASTED MY TIME AND MADE ME LOSSE MONEY ALL THE ATTEPMTS OF INSTALLATION
JUNE 30th
I GET A CALL FROM KATI THE ONWER AND SHE ONCE AGAIN TELLS ME SHE CANT DO ANYTHING AS THEY LOST WITH MY PROJECT I EXPLAINED NONE OF THOSE LOSSES WERE MY FAULT AND I SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND ALL THE MISTAKES THEY HAD THEN SHE STARTS BEING DISRESPECTFUL CALLS ME A KID AND OFFERS ME HER OPINION ABOUT ME BEING TOO DEMANDING FOR BEING SUCH A YOUNG KID SHE EVEN TAKES IT FUTHER AND SAID SHE IS A PASTOR AND SHE IS CHRISTIAN AND SHE WANTED TO LET ME
KNOW THEY WERE EVIL FORCES IN MY HOUSE AND THOSE WERE THE REASON SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO DO A GOOD JOB AS A COMPANY AND SHE OFFERS AGAIN HER OPINION AND SAYS I SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS BECAUSE THERE IS SOMETHING NOT RIGHT SPIRITUALLY AT MY HOUSE -

The worst construction company I’ve ever had to deal with. They said it was goin to take them 1 to two weeks to finish the project. It took them about 2 months. They worked for a couple of hours instead of 8 hours to try to get the job done. They were overpriced. They also cut corners to try save money, and did a horrible job. The flooor tile they just put, became lose. Some of it is raised that you trip if your not careful. The fence that they were putting, they cut corners and didn’t put it properly, which the county denied the permits and had to fix it to get it approved. They left the house a mess after they supposibly cleaned up. The pool is now messed up bc they weren’t careful when they were fixing things outside. Horrible experience.

So sad you take this approach to make false statements about what really happened on the project. We spoke with the homeowner, and she did not post such an immature review. So sad with Buildzoom for having a poor arbitrary on this case and not treating our business fair. -

I will definitely call JIJ Construction again. Working with them was great!! They were attentive through the entire process. Very caring and professional in their work. Always cleaned up after finishing their work for the day. Always called or text to keep me informed of what was happening next with the job. I have and will refer them to my friends, co workers and family!!! Thank you Eli and Katy!!

The work performed by JIJ Construction was done professionally, timely and without the need to supervise the work other than at the start of the job, and the completion of the job.
They cleaned up after themselves, and came back to follow up on one item promptly, and without needing to call them more than once.
I would highly recommend JIJ, and if need their services in the future would gladly hire them again.
