I wish I could award zero stars for this business. I hired them last month to pour an RV pad. I didn’t complain about the wavy finish lines, the rough edges, lumps and bumps, the concrete chunks and garbage left behind, or the terrible finish work. I did, however, ask them to fix the pool and rain going into my garage because they didn’t grade it away from the house like they stated they would. They finally came out, and I watched them mix a bag of sand with a bag of GLUE to pour over the concave area. I shockingly asked how that was going to keep water from pouring in because now they just caused another high spot. They said they’d come fix it if it didn’t work...which I knew it wouldn’t. So, with the rains, my garage is soaked and growing mold. They ignored my messages for a few days, then said they’d come. No show. Three days in a row they said they’d be here. I arranged my schedule around their availability, and three days of no shows. Then, they started ignoring me completely and won’t respond at all. My attorney is filing a lawsuit, which will be very costly for them because the new company will be ripping out their work and starting over. The contractors are shocked at the poor quality done by J and J.
I’m more disappointed at their refusal to fix their mistake. I highly suggest you avoid the nightmare of working with this company!
