I am a tenant whose back porch was needing to be replaced due to termite damage. I was dreading the idea of having workers at the back porch b/c I work from home on a computer and feared the noise would interrupt my work day. I was surprised in a good way. I was told it would take 2 maybe 3 days to complete the work-it took less than 2 days. Though there were up to 4 workers on the porch at any given time, they kept the conversations at a low level. I observed that each person kept a steady work pace, wore safety vests, used proper body mechanics to climb up and down from the porch using the outside scaffolding. The workers cleaned up the debris and ran the blower to remove saw dust. I looked at the boards and noted the precision cuts, the mitered edges and the care taken to fit the lower boards to allow for water drainage. I appreciate this attention to detail.
