    HVAC/ heat repair
    $850

    Within minutes of fixing my furnace, one of the water pipes from the condenser started to drip/ leak directly outside the furnace and proceeded to flood the entire floor. When I contacted the tech who fixed the furnace, I did not receive a response to address the leak caused by him. I was forced to contact a different company to fix the leak.

    I wouldn’t use this company even if they payed me to install their junk

    This journey started a year ago when my family bought a house from Dave Mendez in Pelham New Hampshire
    J and J installed everything

    There equipment Can not supply proper heating or cooling through out the season

    I watched one of their employees show up during the summer and dump ac refrigerant over my brothers bulk head door which is a illegal as illegal can be trying to get the unit running by removing the charger in the ac unit

    Horrible if you have pets or kids to dump poison outside

    And here I sit on a cold day in the winter time and the thermostat can’t get over 67 in a brand new home

    And they installed everything the heating and cooling units and ductwork

    This guys must used unlicensed employees because there work is unprofessional.

    I called J&J for an emergency service on my HVAC system. The furnace portion was installed by J&J ~ 10 months ago and I never had a problem with my AC before having to turn it on this year (after the furnace install last year). The furnace shutoff on one of the hottest heat waves on record. I placed a call to J&J's answering service because I have a service contract with them. The call was returned by the "on-call" service technician who was admittedly the Service Manager and Owner of J&J. He proceeded to yell and swear at me claiming I was not a regular customer (even though I have a service contract with J&J) and that he didn't want to come out to do the service because he was working 14 hour days this entire week and "doesn't come out after dark." The swearing continued for a good 10 minutes and even at his answering service for forwarding the call to him (as she was suppose to do)....they have a 24-hour service. He also deliberately hung up on me while I was explaining to him the problem. If I find that their installation caused this problem, you can be sure I will post another review. I have never experienced such a blatant disregard for customer service in my life!
