1. VERY high pressure sales.
2. Did not provide any written work upfront.
3. Demanded $2500 upfront, that is 2 1/2 times the legal limit.
4. They entered my workshop without asking permission and went through it, took tools to use and did not return them to their rightful place. they certainly did not have the respect for tools that i do.
5. they left the property with trash, cigarette buts all over, as well as cigarette boxes
6. their work is suspect, we are none too pleased with the results. another contractor said the 8foot high retaining wall made of wood and without any horizontal footing would begin to fail in 8-10 years.
7. unfortunately after the fact, we got two estimates for the same work and they were $1000 lower than JandJ paving.
8. we could not even come close to recommending them.
