J&j plumbing of the Tri Cities

I would highly recommend J&J plumbing of the Tri- Cities, bought two replacement toilets from Home Depot, they contract with J&J plumbing, to tell the truth we were a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews on different sites, ( ouch!) .we were pleasantly surprised with the work the two young men accomplished in a short period of time, they were a delight to talk to and couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Very happy with the these guys, they came out & fixed the shoddy hookup of our appliance & very personable & professional!

2 guys came out to Dayton to install a toilet for me. They were prompt, very nice and knowledgeable. Everything is working great so far.

Very professional. Tyler and Wes, arrived early, provided a professional and caring attitude while demonstrating professionalism. Highly recommend for anyone to use.

EASY PEASY
I bought a water softener over the phone from Home Depot. They said J&J plumbing was their installer. I called in the morning to arrange the installation. They picked up the water softener from Home Depot, and the two-man crew was at my home within an hour. The job was done within another hour. They showed me how to program and use the softener, which was straightforward. The fee was around $500 for the pick-up, installation, and disposal of my old softener, so my total cost was around $1200 for a new high-capacity softener installed or less than 1/2 of what my plumber quoted, and the job was done the next day. I was delighted both with the promptness and quality of the service. I also thought the price was reasonable. It only took me about 15 minutes in total time. It would have taken me 15 minutes to drive to the store. The process was like hitting the"EASY Button."

Disconnected and reconnected sink to install new counter top. Job was done quickly and clean up thorough. Tyler did a great job and went the extra mile when the sink was missing parts from the manufacturer and had extra parts on truck to use. No charge for the extra work. Read some bad reviews but our experience was a good one.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I purchased a garbage disposal through Home Depot and they scheduled J&J to come out and install it. First, they call 45 minutes prior to the appointment window, and ask if they can come out right now. I asked them to give me a half an hour, to which they were instantly annoyed because they didn't want to wait. They show up, half an hour later, which was appreciated. I asked them to remove their shoes, to which their reply was "NO". I said, ok, that's fine, do you happen to have booties that you could put on... "Nope". Ok, no problem, I have some that you guys can wear, just let me get them for you. "No - we are now allowed to wear anything other than our shoes". Well guess what...this is MY house, not yours. Anyway, since they obviously have no respect for their customers, through my house with their shoes on they came.
The disposal was installed, without any further incident, only a small amount of attitude from the installers.
Sounds like this is a small company, and with employees like this, not expecting them to be around for long. I have never experienced ruder, worse customer service in my life.
Word of mouth does wonders, and everyone I know will be hearing EXACTLY how this company operates.

I feel like I was robbed by J&J Plumbing. I live in a trailer and they installed a water heater and charged me $1,747.00 and it still didn't pass inspection because they routed two drain pipes through my floor and onto the ground under my trailer. The inspector said the pipes have to be routed to outside of the house, not underneath
Almost $1800 for a water? $976.00 is the average cost according to Google.
