I really wanted to give this company a good review and feel I have been cooperative as possible but to no avail. I had my fence completed in July of 2018. They agreed to stain my fence as a part of the quote. After constant back and forth for over 6 months, my fence still isn’t stained. It was one excuse after another. First it was because it rained, which is understandable. But then is was because it was too hot. You’re telling me, that in over 6 months, there was never an opportunity to come out and stain the fence? There was one time I was on vacation that I requested them to come out and stain (by then the fence had sat there unstained for 2 months) and they said they couldn’t because a car was parked in the driveway. I have had to reach out nearly every month reminding this company to come out and stain the fence or to try to schedule something. Then I told them I didn’t know what else to do at this point but leave a poor review or try to seek some sort of legal action for their inability to get the job that was promised done, they told me not to threaten them and to feel free to do what I had to do. I have been nothing but understanding and kind to these gentlemen and trusted them to keep to the signed contract. I like supporting the small businesses but this experience with customer service has not been a great one. I have been neglected as a customer and I am thoroughly disappointed because now my fence has sat there unprotected and unstained for half of a year and I paid over 5k for this fence that was supposed to be stained. I would like to leave a glowing review, but I cannot unless what was promised has been done. If at some point, this company actually takes the steps to make this right, I will change my review.
