I had a tankless water heater installed by John. He insisted that I required a new breaker box installation to accommodate the new equipment. The unit he quoted me and the one he installed were neither the same brand nor the same quality. He quoted me a unit that would provide 9.5 gallon's per minute. The one he installed gives me 3.4 I was told by another plumber I had to hire to fix his installation. The thing hasn't worked right since 3 months after he installed it. I had to have the booking company intervene to get him to come back. It stopped working a few months later again. I've spent more time without hot water than with it over the last 4 years. He's a charletan. Stay away from John Lewis or any of his cronies. There's a guy named Carlos he brought too that works with him....beware.

STAY AWAY!! Stay away!! Horrible service warranty means nothing. I had him replace my furnace which was done so incorrectly, the unit was unstable and started leaning, additionally they wire the ac unit into the furnace incorrectly and shorted everything out, i had an actual hvac tech come out and rewired the mess they made...jk lewis has been ignoring me for a about a yr and a half and i am currently in the process of serving him papers

Hired initially to fix a heating unit. It crapped out again a year later, after J.K. Lewis was paid to fix it. They suggested my breaker box get a complete overhaul and said they were qualified to do it...for $3800. Upon making necessary repairs, my new hot water heater coincidentally broke down. They offered to install a new one...FOR $1800 and only if paid in cash. Back to the breaker box, a qualified electrician saw it months later and said the work was shoddy and a fire hazard. They said the cost to do what J.K.Lewis did should have been around $2,000, about what I paid Hartmann Electric to make things right, which was difficult because of how inept the job by J.K.Lewis was. All this was reported to the attorney general, but J.K. Lewis' lawyer twisted the facts and I got nowhere with them. And I notice there is a problem with his license?? STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! P.S. If I could, I would have given them 0 stars.

We had a new HVAC installed in January, we were very thankful for their time & expertise, so we thought. Fast forward, 5 months later, our air isn’t circulating correctly, the no cool air is hitting the 1st floor. He comes back & they had to “regulate” the Freon level. They did, so we think & fast forward again, we come back home from vacation & no cool air is flowing, although the air is on. I contacted John (apparently the owner), a number of times via text messages & voicemails, to no avail. A couple weeks of this, to the point I called from another number, presto, he picks up on 1st ring! I am agitated & advise of the issue & pictures I’ve sent him of the compressor, which has some frozen liquid on it. (he claims he’s received no texts or calls, although the same number I’ve been calling & texting) so anyway I reiterate the issues & he says he’ll call me the next morning to schedule time to come down & check out the issue to address. Well, that never happened & once again I’ve called back & no answer, straight to voicemail each time, now going on another week. My husband then decides to call him from his phone & presto, he picks up..he claims he’s “Monroe Fencing” & he was not there to speak to us, after leaving us hanging on the line for 5 minutes (searching for himself). So my husband told him to have “John” calls us as my calls have resulted in no answers. We are in September & he’s not called us or addressed us in any way or form to fix the air issue. We’ve been stuck for over a month now, with no air. He has a 10 year warranty on Labor & parts, which is on our invoice & has yet to honor it. Good deal right? Not if you lead people to think you’ll fix what you installed & then disappear!

They did a fantastic job installing a new furnace air conditioning unit and hot water heater in my home and gave me a very fair and reasonable price. I will be using them again for sure and will recommend them to all my neighbors!!! Good work and good communication.
