    New Windows (Inserts and New Build)

    I had my Windows installed last November. I ordered 34 windows (whole home). I was promised A+ work. "The best install ever", instead I got disappointment and no call backs.

    So here I am to voice my disappointment.

    At time of install, Andersen caulked over and hid rot instead of addressing it.
    I wrote up everything and delivered notes. The supervisor came back out and promised to redo trim on some of the windows... ok not all of them, but fine.. that was December. It is now the end of August. I have heard nothing from the supervisor.

    I have tried to reached out to him several times via e-mail. No response. I've been given the run around enough that I've started replacing the trim myself.
    Would I recommend Renewal by Andersen? Nope. The windows are fine, but Renewal acts like just another contractor. Save the cash and go with a local guy. You will have the same disappointment and frustration, but pay less.

    Renewal by Anderson was really great. The install team knew what they were doing and were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend them. The windows are just beautiful...made a huge difference in our home.

    I wasn't very satisfied and had to go back behind them and recaulk the outside. Understandably, first time home buyers that don't have the skills to do such a task should contact a professional. Convenience is all I received for going through Home Depot.
