Joseph Cipriano
Service man had to come three times. First time he came and he thought it was the igniter, replaced it and it still didn't work. He then thought it was the valve. So he had to order it and come back. When he came back it didn't fit but he checked the igniter again and said he broke it when put it in. He then replaced it and the furnace ran for a day. He then came back and replaced the igniter for a third time. He never replaced the valve.
My biggest gripe was that I was charged labor and parts to the tune of $611. I should have only been billed for the first time he came.
