Rex Benner "repaired" my roof to a tune of $10,000. He "guaranteed" the roof, but it leaks every single time it rains. He refuses to return any phone calls, emails, or texts. Additionally, his crew left cigarettes all over my yard. Absolutely horrible.

Hired them to thaw frozen pipes. They showed up and stayed for maybe an hour and got nothing done. Still had frozen pipes. Charged me $200. I refused to pay unless they did the job. So they took me to court for $1600!!! How’s that possible. Now they put a levy on my car which is being sold to pay them. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

My family hired J&M to repair a garage roof. The "repairs" were failed twice by a certified inspector. We had to hire (and pay, of course) another contractor to do the repairs. Their work was done
professionally the first time and passed the inspection with no
problem.
Over about a period of a month, we have made several attempts to get in touch with J&M ( a certified letter and 7 phone calls) and
we still have not heard anything back.
We initially hired J&M on the recommendation of a family member's father. Needless to say, not one of us has anything
positive to say about this "contractor".
