    Install new bathroom sink
    $1,500

    This company has addresses listed in both Norwich, CT and Bozrah, CT. It is also listed in Connecticut as an “LLC” but our invoice / receipt is listed as Jennifer Watkinson DBA J&M Plumbing. Both sites show the same phone number.
    Took our $500 deposit on 7-6-2021 - disappeared - it is now 9-26-2021 and has not responded to our phone calls - text messages or express mail letters.

    Rinnai Boiler Replacement
    $10,000

    Unprofessional, unresponsive, and full of excuses. Don't trust this company if you are looking for them to stand behind their work and fix an issue after installation. They will take your money quickly, but will not be quick to respond or fix the issues after installation. We had a Rinnai tankless boiler/ Hot water heater installed by J & M Plumbing and it failed/ started leaking after just over a year of being installed. After paying almost $10,000 for this replacement you would expect quality work. After reaching out to Michael to get it resolved we are still waiting for a response on when the unit can be fixed. We have had to contact Rinnai directly to get this resolved and hire another plumber. Save yourself the frustration and look for another company. Please learn from our experience

    Simply put, a shoddy operation. I contacted this sorry excuse for a business in November 2019. It involved $22,000 of work involving heating and air conditioning plus a tankless water heater, with misc odds and ends. Every step of the way was rife with putting me on the backburner once they received the money in full from Synchrony Bank. The AC condenser was finally installed in mid July 2020. I am still waiting for the paperwork showing that this unit was registered with Rudd the manufacturer. The owner is a bold faced liar and in my case was never honest with me.
