    2 story ADU

    RUN THE OTHER WAY. When we initial got a quote and had them come to the property to discuss an ADU 2 STORY they were prompt and agreed that even though based in SD they had experience in working in LA county that no major delay would happen. I heard horror stories of contractor and George assured me that would not be the case. Well i will say George has the gift of the gab with no action to back it up.
    We are about 3.5 years almost 4 into the project and he have not had the projected completed. He promises he is sending workers or someone is on the way no one shows up 9 out of 10 times. When his company worker arrive they very little work. He blames it on subcontractors not wanting to show but when they do that is not the case. They report to us even of available since he wont pay or agree to those days they can not. George is the General contractor for project never shows up, does not respond to calls, emails or text. His excuse is i dont have answer so i dont reply at times for weeks but this company is prompt and will make sure to get payments on time. He has 5 things going on in ADU half done. We have request money back for what is not finished nothing. Its been a nightmare. If i was you i would go with someone else. I have a book of notes and issues that yelp review would not be able to contain it all. We have felt we have exhausted everything and looking at our legal options. I would hate for any one to go through what we are going through
