Jesse‘s business, also operating under Big Bear home maintenance and repair, and did several jobs for us. He was supposed to lay out LVP flooring but didn’t level the subfloors and the boards came apart. He then removed everything and broke the flooring which had to be repurchased and replaced after the subfloor was leveled. He put in the back sliding door incorrectly without flashing and rain came in. Had to hire a professional to remove and replace the door correctly after removing all the drywall that had mold inside from the rain. He put a gas line in the middle of the kitchen floor that I hired a general contractor to remove and place correctly. He removed the bathroom vanity for no reason and broke the plumbing that he did not repair. He did bizarre wiring that was not to code putting a giant ugly plastic switch box on a wood beam with plastic covers routing around the walls - again hired a professional to put the wire inside the wall with a proper switch. He also left broken appliances and trash all over the inside and outside with the neighbors asking repeatedly to get that cleaned up. Eventually - after weeks - he removed the broken appliances but when we came up there was trash all over the inside of the house and rotting food waste inside and out.
