Joseph Passalacqua the guy who says he is running J P Plumbing Corp./ Water Mains and Sewers stole $5000.00 from me. I met Joseph Passalacqua, nick name “JP”, at my house in Queens for a water main installation. He asked for a $5000.00 deposit and we signed a contract. When it was time for him to do the job, he wanted $2500.00 more. He never spoke about when he was gonna start the job. He kept making excuses. Finally, when I pushed him to come and do the job, he said, he had no money to even pay for the permit. I offered to pay for the permit to place him back on his feet, but he wasn’t happy with that. He just wanted the money.
When I searched for him at the location he claimed to be having his business (217 20 street Brooklyn, NY 11232), the one written on the contract we signed and on the business card he gave me, he wasn’t there. For the last two years, a different owner and business has been there by the name “Lilyglass”. The current owner also said that the location was also unoccupied for a number of years before they leased it, and the
J P Plumbing sign was still on the storefront. And yet J P Plumbing Corp., it’s still advertising on the internet as their place of business.
J P Plumbing is linked with other locations in Brooklyn, Staten Island and in Queens, but all of them are bogus. I personally visited most of these locations looking for him. He is just using various addresses for his deceptive practices. He is also using a number of telephone numbers, on which when you call, the calls get redirected to his cell phone.
BBB, Home Advisor, etc, requested a response from him on an effort to solve my dispute, but he failed to respond.
I can not even take him to court. The summons from Small Claims was returned to court unclaimed.
He is a khan artist, don’ give him money, he will steal it from you.
