I trusted Justo so much and gave a full house construction project - worth $1.1M. He did a good job for about 90-95%, but once I paid close to full money thinking he would finish the job 100% for me (with only about $3000 remaining to be paid), he left me hanging and did not finish the work in carpentry, countertop and concrete and final garage clean up. He did not even give me a reason to not complete it and simply ignored numerous phone calls and texts. It's sad! If he had at least told me his problems, I could have helped him to address it. Think many times before starting a project with Justo and his company J Palace.
