    $15,000

    Serafin and team helped me a lot. They designed my backyard and paved . During the current shelter in place, my family is able to enjoy the backyard . Thank you ST Concrete team for all your excellent work.

    Dealing with Jim Richard's seemed ok, he was dealing with a 91 year old woman on a apt remodel on her property. He had to pick out nothing, was given a itemized book with pictures prices, & was all free shipping at Home Depot because of amount purchased. He was paid a very large amount of money, even when all wasn't finished, was promised an itemized accounting, her keys returned,
    Since he was paid in full he won't return calls or provide accounting for her taxes,
    Return all that should be returned, he did an OK job, but slow, and not good with finishing. Had to purchase bathroom hardware, blinds were to b included, & were not, but took his money & ran. Have made many phone calls, text, asking for keys accounting to be returned. Would not hire his company, unless you dont care about being taken advantage of. Would not recommend
    Jim Richard's Construction to anyone!
