We had J&S Custom Homes do a couple projects for us in the last couple of years. The first two projects came out great with Joe overlooking them. The third project was a bigger one that was a total disaster. They obviously had way too much work going on and didn’t care one bit about the service they were providing to us. They started out gangbusters on our home only to not show up half of the time when they scheduled to. They quoted 3 weeks and finished 3 months later without even doing all that was in the project. We were forced into picking items by a sub that we didn’t want because that’s what he offered. We are now going to have another contractor come in and redo what we were forced into by their sub. This same contractor is going to have to another contractor finish what their Project Manger wouldn’t return calls on. Please know this contractor will get passive aggressive with you when you question them not showing up when scheduled. I paid them in full without Pat ever returning my calls or sending a bill.
