    John Sadler Jr, the Home Improvement Specialist, came out to our home to provide an estimate on a bathroom remodel (approx $10,000.00 in labor costs). While he was here, he also looked at two other perspective projects. Promised to send a link for replacement windows associated with one of the additional projects. He promised to send this when he sent the bathroom estimate. Two weeks go by with no email, phone call or any correspondence whatsoever. I followed up with an email to see if something was lost in transmission or was there some other explanation for the lack of information promised. No response ever received. I was tired of waiting to hear back from John Sadler Jr. so I hired another contractor. He totally fails in the area of professional courtesy.
