    ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS

    It is a HUGE investment to remodel your home, and it takes a TON of planning, research and thought - at least for us. We had J Schwartz do the design and construction of a kitchen, laundry, master bedroom, suite and mudroom addition for us in 2020 (sorry it took so long to post) and we LOVE IT, and couldn't be happier. I imagined (and heard from others) that this process would be stressful and troublesome - but it was the opposite for us. We were excited and happy and informed through the whole thing, and when we had the inevitable questions, they were quickly answered. There is nothing stereotypical about this company - they care, and involved and responsive, and do amazing work.

    I am sitting in the J.Schwartz offices right now because I stopped in while in downtown Malvern to say hello - Joe asked me to do a review and I am so happy to for a great person, a fantastic company, and excellent craftspeople. J. Schwartz did a master bathroom renovation for me a few years ago and it is perfect - there is not one thing that I would change. I now have Joe's team doing everything that I need to have done in my home, and never have to worry about a missed appointment, or something not getting done right. It is so refreshing to know that what I want to have done, will get done right, and will be on time. You will be so happy if you call J Schwartz.

    Master bath and mushroom remodel

    Excellent communication and a beautiful outcome.
    Joe got me and my design aesthetic almost immediately. All of his suggestions were creative and wonderful. Joe did a master bath remodel and renovation for us, and a mushroom with a beautiful set of handmade cubbies with spaces for each of our children- with a charging area for all of the gizmos. I love it all!

    We had a roof issue that turned into a pretty serious and puzzling water and mold issue. We had many come over to look and try and solve our problem, but after a lot of head scratching and empty conjecture, no one could figure it out - and then a neighbor suggested that we call Joe. Within 15 minutes of getting to out home, he showed us what the problem was, and actually had a temporary fix in place! He assembled to proper team and took care of our issues- and we've had no trouble at all since - even with the really heavy rains that we've had this season.
    We are so happy that we found J Schwartz!!
