  Repair Leaking Hose Bib behind wall

  To recap our conversation today; Landmark Home Warranty assigned you as a Plumbing repair Contractor.
  You sent an AC Tech instead of a plumber for my job, a hose bib leak behind the wall, to arrive June 5th between9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Your AC Tech called at 4:27 pm and found out it was NOT an AC issue and said " They [you] screwed up." John called back at 4:29 pm and stated your office would get back with me on morning of June 6th. June 6th 8:38 am I called your office and you told me your plumber would arrive today as they were in the area. I explained I had major cancer surgery and had to go to a medical supply store right away in Livingston and would wait for his call and do my best to return before plumber called. You also said you did not know when you would be back in my area because that's how you assigned jobs. I said I would wait to hear from your plumber for todays service. I called Landmark to find another vendor as a backup who could accommodate my schedule due to being gone this morning in search of medical supplies and a postoperative Friday appointment that would take me away from the house. June 6 9:04 am you send a text message stating I was taken off your schedule for same date. I sent you a text message "No! I didn't ask to be removed from the schedule today! I told Landmark and you that I would wait to hear from your plumber today! I have a post surgical Dr appointment Friday that will take several hours." I then called and told you I did not request being taken off the schedule and neither had Landmark. You said "Because you called and complained to Landmark, I took you off the schedule and told them to assign it to another Contractor." I told you "You're the one who screwed up and sent an AC Tech for a Plumbing job" and that "you're horrible at Customer Service ." Then I hung up. I caller back to speak to your Manager. You told me, "I am the manager. " To which I said, "Wait until you see my Google review." Then hung up again. THE MANAGER IS VINDICTIVE AND RETALIATED AGAINST ME FOR TELLING LANDMARK HOME WARRANTY THAT SHE SCREWED UP AND SENT AN AC TECH INSTEAD OF A PLUMBER FOR A PLUMBING REPAIR TICKET! IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING SHE JUST CANCELS YOU! AMY NEEDS A DIFFERENT JOB! THIS COMES FROM A HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER! ILL BE PUTTING THIS EVERYWHERE THERE'S A PLACE TO RATE THEM!
