JSynergy insulated my home a few years ago. The office staff were super helpful and a pleasure to work with. The workers were very polite, sensitive to keeping my home clean and finished the job quickly. Now my home always stays at an even temperature throughout which lowered my bills drastically. I definitely highly recommend!

We had an Awful experience when we hired J Synergy!!!! We hired them in October 2017 and paid them $27,470 to do a few jobs including: replacing our front brick stoops and installing a new iron rail, and repaving our entire driveway. We had problems with BOTH of these items due to poor quality of workmanship. After a few weeks: the new iron rail was lose and not stable; the paved driveway had a few holes appear, one hole was huge as big as a shoe, and the entire driveway surrounding the hole, was sunken in.
J Synergy came to try to address both issues by trying to do a patch job, which was not successful. They said the contractor they originally hired for the job was not returning their phone calls therefore they couldn't fix it. Hmmmm I wonder why is this the customer's fault? They subcontract the work to different contractors and then don't have responsibility of the outcome?
We are furious about having hired them. We strongly recommend you don't hire this company. We have tried to call them many times to have them resolve and they do not respond to our phone calls. We are currently in process of seeking damages and resolution.

As of today, our new iron rail is still lose and unstable. Our repaved driveway has a huge hole and the entire area surrounding the hole, is sunken in. We had these issues immediately after they completed the job.

I had problems in the winter with cold and freezing pipes. This company gave the right diagnosis and my home is warm and no problem with frozen pipes.

Great job! Well done. My home is so much more comfortable and my bill are lower. I think everyone should use them.

Excellent company! From start to finish, they were quick and efficient. They kept me up to date on every part of a project. My project wasn't very big but the work was done with the quality of a big project. My home now feels much more comfortable!

If I had to describe them with one word, it would be "professional." Throughout the project they maintained a line of communication with me so that we could always be on the same page. The job itself was very good as well Their workers were quick and efficient and my home now feels much more comfortable to live in. J Synergy was the best thing that happened to my home. My home is much more comfortable after suffering from bad draft in the New York winter's. My utility bills have dropped, and all this with them getting me grants and funding.

They are very poor communicators. The work they do is horrible! When my home was destroyed by their workers they did "fix" it, but the work is poor at best. I still have to pay someone to come and fix the things that are not done. Plus, it took MONTHS for them to come back and "fix" it. Do NOT use this company!!!! They promise a lot and follow through with little. My home will never be the same again.
