Contractor met with us at the beginning of December stating that he could finish our project in about a month. He said he would provide all materials, labor and that his company did all the work and that they were licensed. We executed the contract and paid 70 percent of the full balance. Contractor had not finished even 50 percent of the work . Here we are in March and he avoids calls , when he call he says he can not find anyone that does stucco in El Paso and that he can not do any work in our project because of that. He said that it rain and snow and that all contractors are doing work in Midland. Anyhow, a plethora of excuses and talk is cheap. He still has no dates or updates of when he will finish the work and today is March 7, 2020z I call , leave messages and he rarely answers the phone. I just want to know when will they finish my project.
