    The owner Jim came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. He picked up the City permit and started work the following week. His foreman Victor and his assistant knew their job very well and did an excellent job removing the concrete tiles, replacing all damaged boards including fascia boards, rafter tails and shiplap. They completely covered the roof with 2 layers of #30 tar paper, reset existing tiles and replaced any broken ones. They also reset two skylights and replaced all flashing and roof vents. Jim was by every day checking on the work and bringing supplies. This contractor did an excellent job on my roof. I would highly recommend him for any roofing work.

    I highly recommend JTI Construction. Jim Isler and his crew were meticulous and professional. Their workmanship was beyond what we expected and we could not have been more pleased. Our old roof tiles barely overlapped and we're not sure how the builder even passed inspection. Jim's crew added tiles, installed a metal drip edging, replaced rotted shiplap and so much more to insure our roof will not leak and will last for many, many years to come. The crew did a great job of cleaning up every day and really did an excellent job in resetting our tile roof. We also had the Wedge-It Foam Insulation installed which should help keep our Corona house cooler next summer. Mike & Kathy Salas

    After several rip off fixes my wife and I decided to replace the roof. Trouble was we could only afford half. Jim worked with us and ended up replacing half and we have not had one leak in over a year. The work was done well and the price matched our budget. Thanks Jim!

    We want to express to you our sincere gratitude for the excellent workmanship that was performed on the roof of our Corona home. The crew of roofers you engaged for installation of work was exceptional! As I observed each day, the installers were very meticulous about each phase of the total job- including cleanup. They took the necessary time to place existing tiles in strategic locations to properly balance out weight for safety purposes and to ensure proper placement of all new materials. It's very comforting to us knowing that our roof has two new layers of 30 pound felt tar paper, new flashings and valleys to protect us for many years to come. It's has been a huge benefit to both of us this summer on having the Styrofoam insulation to help keep us cooler during the routine hot summer weather that we endure in Corona. In addition, we are also very thankful for your project leadership as you effectively managed the installers time by having all roofing materials available at the start of each work day. This minimized any potential delay that could have kept the project from finishing on time.

    We are very pleased with all work related to this project and would highly recommend you and your crew to anyone that is considering roof resetting/replacement. Having an authorized city approved permit to validate the completed work is extremely valuable to us. This will be an excellent document to have for any future resale of our home. Thank you once again for your excellent subject knowledge and support on managing this project through to completion. It's been a pleasure getting to know you and working with you on this home project.
