After reading all of the raving reviews, I felt confident in booking with J&T Plumbing (Jimmy) for our plumbing needs. Well let me know you, I booked with Jimmy for today at 9am. Not only did Jimmy not show up, he did not reach out to reschedule, nor will he answer his phone. I called multiple times before realizing this supposedly plumbing professional was a no show. It's really difficult to find great customer service these days. But I am glad that we did not use his services, I cant imagine if something went wrong from service and getting him back to fix or honor any type of warranty.
I am curious as to who are writing these awesome reviews....family members & friends? The review looks about right. It makes me grateful that he did not show up.

BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER (he will take your money and disappear)! We hired Jimmy back in early Jan. 2019, after reading all the amazing reviews. We were eager to get our renovation rolling, and have now been waiting weeks for him to do anything, which means all the other reno work has been on hold as well. When he quoted us, a fair price I will say, he said he would need half of the cost up front so he could get some personal things in order and would start two days later. We were apprehensive about paying before the job started, but we also wanted to help out, so we paid him half ($1,000), and then Saturday (the first day of work) rolls around and we don't hear a peep from him. The following week, he finally calls us back and says he was sick, but will start the next weekend... again, no call, no show; he completely ghosts us. We have contacted him multiple times; and every time he would say that he would show up on specific days and then never show or answer our calls. I would NOT RECOMMEND this plumber to anyone! It is now mid-Feb and we still have no plumbing, he won't answer our calls or text us back and we are out $1,000.
