This contractor dropped the project when it was nearly completed. After repeatedly calling to schedule to finish it and being ignored by Josh, I ended up going through another contractor. The quality of Josh's work is excellent but he is extremely disorganized, disorderly, and also he makes false promises regarding time frames. Another caveat is that he doesn't have a valid driver's license. Hire him with this in mind.
