Josh did an excellent job on our lanai
screen replacement. However he was to replace 2 doors which he said were ordered. He supplied me with an invoice which he stated was for my doors, but the invoice only included the date order was placed and the date of shipment. What was ordered and who it was ordered for were not on invoice. My wife and I have both tried to contact Mr. Wright via email, text and 5 phone calls with messages to return our call, but to no avail. I might also add that Mr.. Wright was paid in full for the lanai screens. I am assuming the replacement of my 2 doors is not worth his time.. Poor communication and business practices.
