COULD NOT TAKE 30 SECONDS OUT OF THEIR TIME TO RETURN A PHONE CALL OR TEXT AND TELL ME THEY DIDN'T WANT MY BUSINESS. I gave this company one star because it was the only way I could write a detailed review. Otherwise it would be zero stars. I was initially very impressed by this company because they came out to our house on a Saturday and Sunday in an emergency situation and did great work. In fact, I was so impressed that I was going to give them the business of rebuilding and remodeling our home from the damage without even getting quotes from other builders. I put 100% of my faith in them and they totally let me down. After their initial work, I called and texted the owner, Jim Hood, numerous times over a two week period to get him or someone on his staff out so we could sign a contract and get started. He never returned any of my contact attempts. If he didn't want our business, all he had to do was take 30 seconds out of his day to tell me that. He was incredibly inconsiderate. The sliver lining is that I would have signed up with this company only to find out just how unreliable and terrible they were after I gave them the project.
