Your warranty is only as good as your contractor. We had two separate roof leaks after having a brand new roof put on. The contractor did return our calls and made multiple appointments to come out and never showed up. Our experience is very negative. I would never recommend using them. They Do Not stand behind their work. I would give them no stars if I could. Our 20 year warranty is useless as is this contractor.

Exactly! What good is a good warranty if they don’t return calls! No roof leak but the capping is pieced and where it overlaps it creates corrosion to bricks below. Never seen a roof finished like this! No return calls. Warranty useless!!
